Winfinity Holdings (Pvt) Ltd ("Winfinity Holdings", "we", "us", or "our") is a company incorporated and operating in Sri Lanka, engaged in leisure sector asset management, investment management, strategic consultancy, hospitality project development, and property management through its group ventures.

Right to restriction: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, for example where you contest the accuracy of the data.


Right to object: You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests where you believe your interests override ours.


Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.


Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority of Sri Lanka, once established under the PDPA, or with a competent supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.
